Frequently asked questions

Everything about working with Xay — and finishing AI-generated music.

Can you mix and master AI-generated music from Suno or Udio?

Yes — it's a specialty. Xay finishes AI-generated tracks from Suno, Udio, and similar tools: artifact removal, a rebalanced mix, vocal polish, and a streaming-ready master. Send a link or upload, and it comes back release-ready.

What kind of music does Xay work on?

Hip-hop, trap, and R&B are home base, but Xay works across genres — from full production to mixing and mastering, for traditionally recorded and AI-generated music alike.

Should I send stems or a stereo file?

Both work. Stems (separate tracks) allow a full rebuild and the best possible result; a single stereo file can still be improved meaningfully for clarity, width, loudness, and artifact reduction, with a lower ceiling.

What file formats do you accept?

WAV (24-bit preferred) or FLAC give the best results, but MP3 is fine to start. For AI tracks, a Suno/Udio export link works too — just include it when you reach out.

How does pricing work?

Packages start with a fast polish and scale up to a full rebuild — see the Services page for current starting points. Every project is quoted to fit the song, so reach out and Xay will give you a straight answer on cost.

How do payments work?

Reach out first. Xay reviews the track, quotes the project, and arranges payment directly — there's no online checkout on the site yet.

How many revisions do I get?

Each package includes revisions, with more on the higher tiers. The standard is simple: it's not done until it sounds right.

Do I keep the rights to my music?

Yes — 100%. Xay provides a service; your music stays entirely yours.
